We are seeking an exceptional Lead Solutions Engineer who can serve as a technical thought leader and client-facing architect, combining deep technical expertise with superior communication and project implementation skills. In this role, you will lead technical discovery sessions with clients, rapidly prototype solutions using cutting-edge AI/LLM technologies, architect sophisticated solutions that address complex business challenges, implement the project from prototype to production by writing code and provisioning cloud infrastructures, while maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence.
Responsibilities
Strategic Technical Leadership & Client Engagement:
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients, effectively translating business requirements into architectural solutions
- Define and drive the architectural vision and technical strategy for client engagements
- Create rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts using AI/LLM technologies to demonstrate solution feasibility
- Navigate and effectively communicate technical architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with clients, product managers, and internal stakeholders to balance technical constraints with business objectives
Solution Architecture Excellence:
- Design and architect world-class technical solutions leveraging state-of-the-art cloud technologies and development tools
- Set and uphold high standards for technical architectures and systems design, and operational excellence
- Create innovative solutions utilizing AI and LLM technologies to solve complex business problems
- Develop reusable solution components and comprehensive documentation
- Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on best practices
Client Success & Technical Advisory:
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for key client engagements
- Present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences with clarity and confidence
- Build strong relationships with client technical teams and stakeholders
- Identify potential technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies
